Shawnee Smith is an American actor, singer and musician. Smith was born on July 3rd, 1970 and stands at 5'3". Smith is most well-known for her role as Amanda Young in the Saw films, and as Linda on the CBS sitcom Becker. Smith has also performed with the metal band Fydolla Ho. The group performed in across the United States and the United Kingdom and is half of Smith & Pyle the rock group that features the actress Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith was born in Orangeburg South Carolina the second daughter of Patricia who was an oncology nurse as well as Jim Smith a financial planner and former US Air Force pilot. In Van Nuys, California the Smith family moved there when the baby was only a few months old. Her parents separated after she was two. Her mother married again at the age of eight.
